Before Uplifting Care, I spent years as an early childhood educator — sitting on the floor with kids, learning that the best support is never rushed and never one-size-fits-all.
When I moved into NDIS support work, I noticed how often participants were treated like a roster slot. A different face every week. Tasks ticked off. Boxes filled in.
That's not care. That's admin.
So I started Uplifting Care — a small, local practice in Coffs Harbour where you get me. Same face, same patience, same person who actually remembers what you said last week.
